New updates to folders
Since there are too many admins in group, submissions now require one vote per entry. Plus some fixing and such. also TOM 4 (even tho he ded) is now allowed in the folders.

Well, this is new. New DA sortof makes this hard to ORGANIZE crap but w.e. Sorry for leave of absense. Alot of stuff has happened this year. Also New Folder: Paranoia Agent. You can sumbit now And don't worry. we still alive...I might make discord chat for Toonami..who knows.
